Shanghai Dimension Handicraft Culture is a one-stop manufacturing service provider integrating IP derivative development, production, and the manufacturing and printing of corporate brand promotional materials. Q2. Why did you choose CSF for your first exhibition?

Selecting the "right" exhibition for the first participation is crucial. CSF is one of the longest-standing, largest-scale, and most influential comprehensive exhibitions in China's cultural supplies industry. For our new brand Dimension Handicraft, this is the most efficient way to access core resources across the entire industry in one go. It allows us to quickly grasp industry dynamics, competitive landscape, channel models, and product trends. Participating in the exhibition is not only about showcasing our products and seeking cooperation opportunities, but also conducting industry research to rapidly integrate ourselves into the entire industrial chain.

Q3. What is the current business model of your company? What are the core competitive advantages of Dimension Handicraft?

At present, Dimension Handicraft's business is mainly divided into two core segments, which have obvious differences in target customer groups, demand characteristics, and business models.

(I) End-user Personal Customization and Self-printing Business Segment

- This segment focuses on individual users with customization and self-printing needs, mainly catering to the personalized expression and social interaction demands of young individual consumers. In the initial stage of Dimension Handicraft's establishment, our team conducted comprehensive and in-depth research on the subculture market and the needs of fandom fans. The research results show that over 90% of the current young user groups have their favorite IPs or idols they follow, and they have extremely high-frequency self-printing demands. Based on this, we have accurately targeted our customer group at end users aged 18-25, including students and young office workers.

- The end user group has distinct characteristics. They ofter develop a strong obsession with certain book, animation, or game characters. This obsession stems from a strong pursuit of IP belongingness, a desire to find emothional resonance and self-identification in these characters, and an expectation to gain recognition within their fan communities through interactions with like-minded people.

(II) Corporate Brand Customization Business Segment

With the increasingly fierce market competition, brand rejuvenation, approachability, and digitalization have become an inevitable trend for the development of many brands. Therefore, leveraging our own product advantages and production and delivery strengths, Dimension Handicraft focuses on enterprises and brands, especially internet companies and beauty brands, providing them with brand product peripheral customization as well as IP derivative development and production services.

Currently, Dimension Handicraft has established cooperation with more than ten brands in the beauty, design, and IP integration industries, and has provided IP derivative development solutions and physical production services for dozens of cultural and creative brands. In the process of serving brands, we take creativity as the core driving force, continuously explore the cultural connotation of brands, and combine market hotspots with consumer preferences to create unique IP derivative products for brands.

Indeed, there are differences in business models and user profiles between the two segments in terms of customer portraits, order periodicity, and customer demands. However, when we analyze the needs of brands in detail, their ultimate goal is also to sell or gift brand products and IP derivatives to end-users, enabling end-users to generate emotional resonance with the brand. Therefore, in this value chain, the two business segments of Dimension Handicraft share certain similarities. Furthermore, Dimension Handicraft can share end-user demand data to provide feedback to brands, helping them develop IP derivative products that are more popular in the market.
