Q1 Could you please introduce the basic situation of your company?
Founded in 2001 and tracing its roots back to 1990, Ningbo Huafeng Stationery Co., Ltd. has grown into a large, modern stationery manufacturer. We specialize in the R&D and production of writing instruments, with an experienced team and advanced facilities. With ISO9001:2000 certification, we produce over 1 billion pens annually, including ballpoint, gel, rollerball pens and acrylic markers, exported to the U.S., Japan, Europe and Southeast Asia with wide acclaim.


Q2 Which types of customers are you hoping to connect with at the fair?
We aim to connect with foreign trade customers including importers, purchasing agents, cross-border e-commerce platforms and traders, as well as domestic customers such as OEM/ODM brand owners, distributors, retailers, corporate buyers and e-commerce partners…

Q3 Has the brand developed exclusive product lines for different groups such as students, business professionals and artists?
We have developed exclusive product lines for different groups to meet their differentiated needs:
· For students, we have launched a variety of safe and eco-friendly writing instruments including acrylic markers, watercolor pens, gel pens and ballpoint pens, featuring smooth writing and a comfortable grip. The pen cases are designed for both storage and portability.
· For business professionals, we have created high-quality metal pens and large-capacity rollerball pens, which combine stable writing performance with a minimalist and elegant appearance, ideal for office scenarios.
· For artists, we have developed dual-tip markers, acrylic markers and rollerball acrylic pens with an ink mixing function. These products offer rich, vibrant colors and consistent ink flow, meeting the professional needs of artistic creation.

Q4 Faced with the increasingly fierce industry competition, is the brand considering expanding into new business tracks or innovating its business model?
Faced with industry competition, the brand focuses on two core directions for breakthroughs:
· Product innovation – We continue to strengthen our focus on writing instruments. Leveraging the advantages of 67 patented technologies, we optimize the ink flow stability and assembly process of rollerball pens, and develop more new products that integrate functionality and design aesthetics.
· Model upgrading – We explore a channel model of "online-offline integration + in-depth development of cross-border e-commerce". Meanwhile, we strengthen our OEM/ODM customized service capabilities to provide customers with personalized production solutions and build a differentiated competitive edge.
Q5 From the perspective of exhibitors' needs, what optimizations and improvements do you hope to see at the 120th China Stationery Fair in terms of exhibition area planning, concurrent events, business matching, and on-site service experience?
Based on the actual needs of exhibitors, we put forward four optimization suggestions:
· Exhibition area planning: We hope the exhibition areas can be subdivided by product categories (e.g., writing instruments, storage supplies), and an exclusive negotiation area for foreign trade can be set up to improve the accuracy of business matching.
· Concurrent events: Add seminars on stationery innovation technologies and forums interpreting cross-border trade policies to provide enterprises with cutting-edge industry information and cooperation ideas.
· Business matching: Collect the needs of exhibitors and buyers in advance, and build an accurate online appointment and matching system to improve the efficiency of on-site negotiations.
· On-site services: Optimize the supporting facilities of exhibition booths, provide multilingual translation services, and add logistics consulting and sample storage services to enhance the exhibition experience.
