Q1: Please briefly introduce your brand. What are your core product categories?

Landscape Stationery is a professional manufacturer and distributor deeply rooted in the writing instrument industry. Based in Tieling, a city of art in northern Liaoning, we operate an integrated R&D, production and sales network covering the whole country.

With consistent quality and innovative design, we have been awarded honors including Excellent Enterprise and Quality-Reliable Enterprise at municipal and county levels.

Our core product lines focus on three categories:

erasable gel pens, magic pens, and fountain pens.

Among them, erasable gel pens are our flagship product, featuring self-developed ink for smooth writing and reliable performance, enjoying high recognition in the market.

We also keep innovating in pen design and hold multiple design patents, continuously enriching our product portfolio. 

Q2: Facing market competition and industry trends, do you have transformation plans?

In response to market competition and consumption upgrading, we have formulated a dual-core transformation strategy:

Technology Upgrade + Channel Expansion.

  • Production: We will align with industry standards for digital intelligent manufacturing, gradually upgrade production lines and testing equipment to improve efficiency and reduce waste. We will also increase R&D investment in core components to strengthen our advantages in writing performance.
  • Channels: While consolidating our national retail network, we will focus on expanding B2B channels including government & enterprise procurement, campus bulk orders and deep cooperation with stationery distributors. We develop customized writing tools for B2B clients to achieve coordinated growth of both B2C and B2B businesses.

Product Innovation: Integrating Practicality and Cultural Elements

Q3: What factors does your company prioritize when developing new products?

We adhere to the principle:

Practicality as the foundation, cost-performance as the core, and innovative design as the driving force.

  • First, we prioritize core writing performance, ensuring durability and compatibility of nibs, ink, pen bodies and other key components to meet real needs of students, office users and craft lovers.
  • Second, we maintain competitive pricing to make quality products accessible to a wider consumer base.
  • Finally, we follow market aesthetic trends and launch patented, simple and elegant designs to achieve a balance of practical function and visual experience. 

Q4: How do you adjust cultural elements for different consumer groups and regions while balancing practicality and appeal?

We follow a "light culture, high adaptability" strategy to avoid over-design that compromises functionality.

  • For young consumers and students: We use trendy minimalist lines and fresh colors to match youthful aesthetics.
  • For northern markets and government/enterprise clients: We focus on classic colors and minimalist styles for a steady, professional look, with simple branding while preserving core erasable performance.

Overall, we balance minimalist cultural design + core practical functions, letting cultural elements enhance products rather than become a burden.

Q5: What are your core goals for participating in the 120th China Stationery Fair (CSF)?

We have three main objectives:

New Product Launch: Showcase upgraded erasable gel pens and patented design collections, letting industry partners and buyers experience our innovation directly.

Channel Cooperation: Leverage CSF's full-industry-chain platform to connect with national distributors, B2B bulk buyers and cross-border purchasers, expanding domestic and overseas channels.

Brand Enhancement: Boost Landscape Stationery's industry exposure and strengthen the image of "Made in Tieling" writing instruments via CSF's authoritative platform. 

Q6: What trends do you foresee in the next 1–3 years? What are your long-term plans to stay competitive?

We see three major trends in the stationery industry:

Intelligent Manufacturing Upgrade: Digital and smart production lines will become standard; efficiency and quality control will be core competitiveness.

Channel Integration: Online-offline integration and growing demand in B2B bulk procurement.

Category Specialization: More opportunities for focused, specialized enterprises; green and eco-friendly materials will be an important direction.

Our long-term plans:

Continue to focus on writing instruments, especially erasable gel pens and magic pens, increase R&D and upgrade core components to become a benchmark in the segment.

Promote intelligent manufacturing, implement digital production upgrades step by step, and adopt smart inspection and warehousing to shift from experience-driven to data-driven production.

Build an omnichannel sales system, strengthen offline retail, expand B2B and e-commerce channels, and explore eco-friendly materials to support sustainable development.

Moving forward, we will refine core categories, optimize quality, and broaden channels to maintain our segment advantages. With stable quality and continuous innovation, we aim to secure a strong position and become a premium brand in the writing instrument industry.
