Q1: Could you briefly introduce your company?

Founded in 2001, we are a joint venture specializing in stationery and promotional gift pens, with integrated capabilities spanning design, R&D, production and sales. Headquartered in the scenic Tonglu County of Hangzhou, our headquarters houses the Finance, Sales and E-Commerce teams. Our manufacturing base is located in Fenshui, Tonglu — known as the Hometown of Pens in China — with a factory covering over 20,000 square meters and departments including Technical, Production, Printing and Quality Control. Our Design team operates from our Hangzhou office in Xihu District. 

Over 25 years of growth, we have built an end-to-end service system from design to sales, leveraging the global vision and client network of an established foreign trade enterprise. We closely track market trends and prioritize customer needs. Under the Ownseas brand, we launch 6 to 8 new designs each year to strengthen our clients’ competitive edge. Since 2013, we have developed more than 70 new products. We also launched our Express Line series, featuring low minimum order quantities and fast lead times to meet clients’ needs for conferences, office supplies and promotional campaigns. 

In 2020, Ownseas became an official licensed product manufacturer for the Hangzhou Asian Games. We created exquisite Asian Games-themed merchandise drawing on our production and design strengths, and were awarded an official certificate of recognition. In 2026, we entered into an in-depth partnership with the Canton Fair Complex and was named its Official Stationery Supplier for 2026–2027. 

Q2: What representative new products have you launched recently? What are their key features and highlights?

We are showcasing two brand-new models. One features a rounded top and side-press mechanism, with a candy-like appearance ideal for the student and cultural creative stationery market. The other is constructed primarily with metal, delivering a substantial, premium feel perfect for business and conference settings.

We also offer expanded custom packaging services, enabling clients to create highly personalized products. 

Q3: How does Ownseas balance innovative design and practicality during product development?

We uphold a core design philosophy: innovation exists for practicality, and practicality is the foundation of innovation. Guided by this principle, we pursue both aesthetic appeal and superior performance. We achieve a dynamic balance between creativity and functionality through clear requirement definition, scheme review and iterative testing throughout development. 

Q4: What are your future plans and directions for product R&D? Will you expand into new product lines or business sectors?

Moving forward, we will further expand into the cultural creative market and develop a comprehensive, coordinated product lineup of stationery-related offerings. 

Q5: What are your key objectives for exhibiting at the 120th China Stationery Fair? What featured products will you present?

Our primary goals for this fair are to expand into the domestic market and enhance brand awareness.
