Recently, major paper manufacturers including Nine Dragons Paper, Shanying International, Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing, and Wuzhou Specialty Paper have issued price hike notices, announcing an increase in prices for certain products effective early September. Notably, domestic paper mills have undergone several rounds of price hikes since August. The notices issued by these paper companies attribute the hikes directly to the escalating costs of raw materials. As the industry enters its traditional high season, several paper mills have adopted a dual strategy of "price increase + shutdown."
